• Register for a VoiceThread account at https://voicethread.com/register/
  • Use school eChalk login information
  • School email is firstname.lastname@mtplcsd.org
• Sign In to VoiceThread at https://voicethread.com/login/

• In upper right hand corner there is an arrow pointing down next to your e-mail address
• Click on arrow and select My Identities
• Click on Edit
• Click Select an Image that represents you and upload a picture in .jpg .gif or .png format
• Click Save

Prior to beginning VoiceThread, locate images online and save to your computer or flash drive

Be sure to copy and past location of pictures (URL) to create a Works Cited page

Click on Create (to begin VoiceThread) or My Voice / Menu / Edit (to continue VoiceThread)

then follow directions below:

1. Upload Images:

• Click Upload from / My Computer
• Upload images already saved on your computer or flash drive in .jpg .gif or .png format
• Please Note: You can rearrange the order of your images, delete and/or replace them once they are uploaded to VoiceThread

• Click Comment on the left
• Go to picture you want to comment on
• Click Record under picture and comment using microphone
  • Microphones are available in the Library Media Center
• Please Note: You can delete and re-record your comment as often as necessary

• Click Share on the left
• Under My Contacts click Add+
  • In the email box enter gpace@mtplcsd.org
  • Click Add

To access from home you will need passwords listed under each database.
